Working within my clients fast-paced finance team, you will be working within the Accounts Payable (AP) function. Your main role within the team will be to ensure the accurate processing and matching of foreign currency stock invoices to receipt notes, ensuring all discrepancies and queries are dealt with in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for a variety of other ad hoc tasks within the AP team.You will need to be an experienced AP accounts controller, adept at high volume processing whilst ensuring accuracy of the highest level. You will need to be a supportive member of the team with the ability to draw on knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
Ownership of estate supplier reconciliations and liaise with landlords to resolve any discrepancies.To manage and process high volume of supplier invoices onto financials system, Stock and Overheads.Accurately match stock invoices to receipts, ensure charges are correct in terms of quantities received, price and currency.Investigate matching discrepancies through to resolution.Liaising with internal departments to resolve pricing and stock queries/discrepancies.Ensure trade and settlement discounts are correct.Regular supplier statement reconciliations and liaising with supplier to resolve any discrepancies.Support with processing Domestic stock ledger as required.Support with processing Overhead invoices coding, chasing POs etc.

Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre arrive, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project and crew update, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project.
Complete the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Supervisor has the direct responsibility for leadership of the maintenance department as well as maintaining and upgrading the site facilities and production equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and direct maintenance projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration and implementation of technical activities. Support the HS&E, Quality and Service, and Productivity/Cost sections of the facility plan as defined by scorecard activities. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment. Manage the Preventative/Predictive Maintenance Program to ensure it reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery. Develop KPI's to track Maintenance performance. Support capital project requirements for review and submission to management including costs, schedule, and procedures.
Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with Management of Change (MOC) procedures. Analyze annual utility expenditures and develop plan to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity in hiring and promotion decisions. Effectively and efficiently onboard new employees. Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing performance feedback, maintaining clear and timely documentation. Coach and manage employees using CS&W philosophy and tools to ensure talent is developed and retained. Apply Tremco policies and adheres to processes to ensure compliance and organizational best practices. Run Tier 1 and attend Tier 2 meetings with relevant Maintenance updates and actions.
EDUCATION:

I&C engineer and supported by I&C technician team.
Responsible for the design and review of all I&C equipment and instruments for the Plant. Explore solutions to production problems or improve efficiency with maintenance and operators.
Run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes, and become familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.
Work and coordinate activities with the other engineering disciplines, Process, Project and Environmental. Prepare, review and/or approve of instrument specification data sheets and submit purchase requisitions for approval.
Prepare equipment lists, instrument index, I/O lists.
Review process flow diagrams and piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs). Meet with plant technical staff to discuss technical information and features. Ensure drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Participate in failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and Process Hazard analysis (PHA) to consider equipment, personnel, and environmental safety.
Knowledge of capital approval process and project justification required. Be involved in the design and development of equipment and work procedures.
Be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating process hazard analysis.
Ensures necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines.
Takes responsibility for I&C Engineering Change Management system.
Coordinate and approve all sample submissions of new products and engineering changes through the Product Development Program.
Assists in identifying the root causes of a problem and instituting corrective action such as changes to batch sheets, generation of Engineering Change Requests, changes in workstations, changes to inspection analyses and changes to process procedures.

Review quality trends based on quality data system information and interaction with production personnel and participate in the generation and implementation of defect-reduction programs.

Review all design drawings and changes, process procedures, test procedures, procurement documents, and inspection analyses to ensure that the divisions and customers quality requirements are met on assigned products, programs, areas, and functions. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
B.S.
degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
Preferred, 2+ years working in a Manufacturing environment, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Electrical Schematic and panel layout design using CAD (preferably AutoCAD Electrical) experience. Experience in the design of programmable logic controllers (PLC) or distributed control system (DCS) based controls systems.
Expertise in National Electrical Code requirements in industrial facilities and hazardous locations.
Proven understanding of integrating instrumentation with data acquisition hardware.
Proficiency with electrical diagnostic equipment. Familiar with industrial sensors and actuators; pressure, temperature, accelerometers, motor controllers, flow meters, relays, strain gauges, valves, and pumps.
