Part- time Nursery Financial Administrator

A Nursery Financial Administrator is needed on a part- time basis at a fabulous private Nursery in the Chelsea area of London.

To provide admin support to the Nursery and support the business , support nursery targets.

support Nursery Manager and staff to achieve high standards.

high customer service levels.

The role is 25 hours a week, working 8am -1pm Monday to Friday, the nursery is open full time all year round.

Must have previous experience of the below to apply:-

Family and Account records on nursery computer programme (Connect) ( training will be provided)
Fee Reports
Collection of fees including the administration of childcare vouchers, pursuing outstanding fees,resolving any account queries.
Maintaining staff, children's and parent's records.
Liaising with Head Office
Sending reports to Head Office
Monthly payroll spreadsheet.
Preparing banking.
Invoices
Use of Microsoft Word and Excel.


Petty cash
Welcoming parents, children and visitors in a Nursery or School setting an advantage.
Taking and handling telephone enquiries , questions and queries efficiently.
General office duties.
Duties in a Nursery requested by the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager.
Multi tasking.

The role is 25 hours a week the nursery is open full time all year round.

You should have a recent financial , business, admin, secretarial background ,with Business/ Admin Qualifications .

Childcare and Educational qualification a plus.

Experience of working in a Nursery desirable.
