Marketing Executive

This highly prestigious organisation is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join them in a new role aimed at increasing membership numbers. 

- The Marketing Executive plays a critical role in the successful delivery of the organisation’s marketing acquisition campaigns.
- Implementing marketing campaigns across a number of channels to deliver a targeted number of leads for membership conversion and driving direct, online member acquisition.
- Delivering all existing membership acquisition campaigns ensuring they achieve their conversion and lead targets.
- Implementing a test and learn approach to campaigns and make recommendations for improving campaign performance.
- Investigating and making recommendations for utilising existing and new channels for acquisition with a particular focus on digital opportunities.  
- Working with the retention team to identify key prospect audiences for acquisition targeting which are in line with the organisation’s strategy.
- Reviewing existing cold and warm databases and data suppliers and making recommendations on most effective use of available data.
- Reviewing and evaluating current suppliers and campaign delivery mechanics and make recommendations for development.
- Reporting on campaign activity with a particular focus on understanding lead/prospect journeys and lead conversion.
- Working with the Digital team to improve prospect journeys, campaign landing pages and application pages resulting in an improvement of online membership.
- Assisting in the integration of Content Marketing into the acquisition marketing mix through a lead nurturing programme.
- Ensuring campaign data quality by monitoring processes and ensuring appropriate checks and processes are in place.
- Utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM to create and use segments for campaign targeting and writing data selection briefs for internal and external teams.
- Managing existing creative solutions and create a testing plan for development of new ideas.
- Ongoing campaign analysis and reporting of results ensuring all results are circulated.
- Updating campaign specific web pages with the digital team.
- Working with the Email Marketing Executive to deliver email acquisition campaigns to both warm and cold data.
- Liaising with key teams to ensure they are briefed on all campaigns and that all necessary processes are in place to support campaigns.
- Briefing and liaising with the mailing house and digital marketing team to deliver campaigns in a timely manner.
- Copy writing for letter, emails, web pages and brochures
- Maintaining all acquisition stock including content updates and reprints.
