Sales and Services Manager (Tourism)

Sales and Service Manager - Permanent - South East England - £45,000+

An excellent opportunity has arisen with our Travel and Tourism client for a Sales and Service Manager for their call centre.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for holidays and travel and previous experience working in this industry in Sales as well as having experience in management or leading a team.


Daily duties include:

- Lead and inspire the team of Salespeople and have strong management skills and an enthusiastic presence.
- Take direct responsibility for day to day running of both the Sales and Service operations of the Call centres teams.
- Lead the teams through change and inspire new ways to improve and find new opportunities for success.
- Ensure that all KPI's relating to conversion, margin, call answering and quality targets are achieved on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Bring strong leadership skills to the team and assist individuals with coaching and performance management

Key skills required:

- Previous Management or Leadership experience.
- Previous experience in Sales in the Travel and Tourism industry.
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Proven track record of transforming organisational cultures and implementing change.
