New Homes Field Sales Manager
Location: North London
Salary: Basic salary of £25-30k with an OTE of £40-45k

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
A successful candidate will have the ability to grow and develop existing client relationships with the new homes business, as well as the ability to win new business for the company and aid the growth of our new homes division.


The candidate will have outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing, enabling them to communicate with developers and the Estate Agency Network on all levels.

The role will suit individuals who are target-driven, self-motivated and who have experience in managing their own sales teams.

DUTIES:
, To retain clients for residential sales within the network or for manned where financially feasible
, To self-generate leads and engage with the Estate Agency Network
, Promote Land & New Homes within the Estate Agency Network
, Generating income and hitting targets both personally and regionally as set by the RMD
, Self-motivation being able to work alone or as part of a team
, Build up a comprehensive and effective key contacts database
, Be able to think on their feet and react quickly to a changing situation
, React to new client / development leads passed on by the Estate Agency Network
, A key part of this role is growing and developing the team's relationship with the estate agency network
, Ensure best marketing of our new build properties to maximise efficient sales
, Regular communication with house builder clients to ensure they are fully briefed on marketing sales and general progress

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
, To be able to sell the benefits and features of Land & New Homes
, To demonstrate understanding of the local property market conditions and improve market share of the business.
, To have good communication and interpersonal skills.
, To be able to lead, manage, motivate and coach a sales team.
, To have and demonstrate good presentation skills
, An ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and professional manner when dealing with both internal and external customers.
