HR Advisor - Portsmouth

I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor based in Portsmouth.

This is a full time position and we are looking for a candidate who can start ASAP or with a short notice period.

The role is currently on a temporary and a fixed term contract will be available for them to apply for once available.

You must be CIPD qualified, have a full current driving licence needed and access to a vehicle.

We are looking for a candidate that has hands-on experience of managing various cases relating to disciplinary, absence, misconduct.

You must be very people focused and used to liaising with Managers of all levels (up to Board Member).

Good working knowledge of employee relations policies and procedures, and employment law.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on advisor rather than administrative.

You will work alongside the HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator to run an efficient employee relations service to all employees (c1000 workforce).
