The Business Energy Sales Advisor role is an excellent opportunity is to join a telesales division, which employs over 300 people at the company's contact centres based in Chesterfield and Sheffield.

About the opportunity

The Business Energy Sales Advisor is primarily telephone based and will involve building and growing relationships and guiding them through the end-to-end sales process.

The company know that selling can be a tough game and that’s why Business Energy Sales Advisor's need to be resilient with a determined attitude.  From the moment you speak to a customer you’ll be building that relationship by listening, gaining understanding and building a natural rapport –  sales don’t happen immediately that’s why you’ll need to be patient and focussed, while building up your own sales pipeline.

About you

You will need to embrace the company's culture, which is all about team work, being energetic, focussed and driven.  You will have an excellent track record in a previous B2B sales role and whilst it would be an advantage to have telephone based sales experience, it is not essential as we will give you full training.  Having strong numeracy and literacy skills, you will be professional, have the ability to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a flexible and progressive approach.
