An IT Solutions provider based in Handforth, Cheshire, are currently seeking a Sales Support/Administrator to join their team. 

The company is entering an exciting phase of development and this is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Support/Administrator to join a well established growing business.

The Company require a dynamic, hardworking Sales Support/Administrator to support their busy sales team.  You will ensure the sales process is adhered to and assist with process improvements.

Your responsibilities as the Sales Support/Administrator will also include the following:-

Principal Responsibilities

You will be required to liaise with Account Managers to fulfil the following tasks:


  • Create quotations and review proposals prior to sending to the Customer.
  • Receive all customer purchase orders and add as sales orders to SAP Business One,
  • Maintain customer records in CRM
  • Update support contracts logs and liaise with the helpdesk team to ensure contracts are kept up to date
  • Maintain CRM system with all license information, purchase orders and proposals
  • Prepare and format final contracts for signatures and distribution
  • Setting up of project codes in PSA
  • Tracking of all presales requests on CRM, estimate tracking & approval
  • Weekly meeting with presales/project managers for updates on estimates
  • Filing contracts
  • Reports – commission report and exclusions for margin report

  • Confident and outgoing and show a degree of assertiveness
  • A high degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in a dynamic organisation
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with internal and external communication
  • Independently manage workload and complete multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Understand the sales process and where business is going to come from to help improve the business
  • A strong knowledge of the sales process
  • Excellent attention to detail, as you will be checking contracts

Working Conditions


  • This position is based at the HQ in Handforth, Wilmslow
  • Usual working hours are 9-5.50pm with an hour lunch break, however there can be some flexibility around this.
