We are now looking for a Funeral Arranger, offering a salary of £18,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience.

Our client is an independent firm of Funeral Directors.

They have been providing Funerals and Memorials to people of South London & Surrey with acre and consideration for 130 years and they have built up the business with their trust and recommendation.

You will join the team at their office in Rosehill, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be required to provide help to families whom entrust our client with their arrangements in a calm, considered and professional manner whilst always upholding the high standards that are synonymous with their family business.

Your main tasks within this role are: 

  • Being the first point of contact for clients.

  • Listening to clients and their needs and making the necessary arrangements.

  • Liaising with suppliers.

  • Coordinating arrangements/services with other Company branches.

  • Managing the accounts.

  • Various administrative duties.

Previous experience within this industry is desirable, however applicants with experience in similar industries such as medical or care may be considered.

Full personalised training will be provided to the successful applicant.

The ideal candidate will be proactive but also be empathetic towards the clients and their needs.

You will be a self-motivator that thrives in a busy environment.

The hours of work are from 8:45am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with one Saturday per month required from 9am to 1pm.
