Job Description:

Core-Asset Consulting's client, a sporting equipment supplier, are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team in Edinburgh for an initial contract of 3 months.

Core requirements:

  • Experience in using Xero Accounting system

  • Ability to hit the ground running

  • Attention to detail and accuracy when working at pace and under pressure

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Core responsibilities:

  • Managing the Purchase and Sales Ledgers

  • Credit control including chasing outstanding debtors

  • Processing and approving sales invoices

  • Scanning and uploading invoices

  • Matching invoices with purchase orders

  • Processing payment runs
