As an Employee Engagement & Communications Manager your responsibilities will include:


, Developing an internal communication, people engagement and content generation strategy.
, Managing the country/site external presence with special focus on Social Media and proactively supporting the Recruitment Team in achieving hiring objectives.
, Driving proactive and reactive people engagement.
, The communications function is essential in terms of sharing all company related information internally and externally.


, The Communications Lead or the Communications and Employee Engagement Specialist are key partners for the Area Operations/Site Director, HR department leader and Recruitment Manager.


Main Tasks and Responsibilities
, Strategy and collaboration - work across operations and support teams to develop an internal communications strategy.
, Collaborate and advise key stackholders within the organisation.


, Social Media - take full responsibility for the content management for the site
, Proactively work with Recruitment teams to target international candidates
, Employee Engagement - drive proactive people engagement and manage all internal communications
, Recruitment Support - to assist in building and executing strategies for extended recruiting methods and digital channels.


Person Specification


As a successful Employee Engagement & Communications Manager you will have:


, Previous experience in a communications role.
, Ability and experience in developing drivinge initiatives especially around recruitment projects.
, Previous experience in the management of social media with a large multi-platform organisation.
, Previous experience within employee/staff engagement and an understanding of job market trends and applicant sourcing strategies.
, Excellent written and verbal communications skills
, Strong ability to write robust and professional content for use on media sites.


, Possessing a very good ability to prioritise and manage competing business requirements and the ability to change tack at very short notice.
