A fantastic opportunity has a risen within our HR Team for a passionate HR administrator to take on a temporary basis

This is a great opportunity to join a fast moving and changing HR team.

The role is within the Care and Support sector and we support approximately 500 staff who work in satellite locations.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting a wide variety of HR functions which includes, recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, reporting and payroll.

Duties include: processing new starters including placing adverts, preparing offers of employment, carrying out all pre-employment checks, ensuring staff's learning and development is compliant, liaising with training providers etc.

We are looking ideally for someone with some HR knowledge, preferably studying or working towards Level 3 CIPD, or someone who is willing and eager to learn how a Human resources shared function operates.

Candidates must have administration experience and have intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
