Relationship Manager - Financial Training - £120,000 OTE

Due to unprecedented growth in 2016 and 2017 my client is looking for rapid expansion within the Financial Training sector in the US region.

There is a new vacancy for a Senior Client Relationship Manager that will focus on developing new business as well as manage corporate clients in the US/North American region.

The Role
As the Relationship Manager you will be reporting to the Commercial Director and will be responsible for developing and identifying new business opportunities in the corporate sector across the US and North American Region.

This role will be to introduce the business to new accounts (through lead generation, f2f meetings, proposal writing and RFPs), and also to expand and develop existing corporate accounts.

We are an international financial training firm and represent the world's most highly regarded investment banks, private banks, and asset managers.

The role will also require occasional travel into the region to attend client meetings and presentations.



The Candidate
The Relationship Manager will have an excellent track record of selling corporate training.

We would also consider candidates with a B2B background in selling other non-tangible services such as Business Intelligence or Business Information services (if they are selling into Tier 1 Financial Services such as Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Private banks etc).

This role will be focused on the North American market so any candidates with experience selling into this market would take preference.

This is a highly consultative and analytical role, and as such, the Relationship Manager should hold these qualities.

The Package
The company is offering a package of between £50,000 to £60,000 basic with a rewarding commission structure taking the first year OTE to double the basic salary (up to £120,000) plus excellent benefits.
