Case Manager (Financial Services)

An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Case Manager to join an established and leading Brokerage Firm.

Responsibilities:

People related tasks
, Build and maintain effective relationships with all new and existing clients
, Act as the first “port of call” for clients, lenders and conveyancers with queries at any stage of the mortgage process through to legal completions and beyond
, Ensure all correspondence with clients, lenders and conveyancers is carried out in an appropriate, accurate and timely manner
, Liaise with mortgage consultants, keeping them up to date on the progress of specific mortgages cases and seek to resolve any queries arising

Daily operations
, Work within prescribed procedures and practices
, Input, update and maintain data so that systems and files accurately reflect the current position at all times
, Produce written correspondence and documents using Companies standard format
, Manage your diary system to monitor and progress cases
, Follow case progress through the completion process to legal completion and beyond
