Customer Service Role

Job Role:


An exciting opportunity to take up a position as a Customer Service Advisor based in Banbury, you will be providing an exemplary level of customer service at all times.


You will be responding to potential new provider referrals, investigating and assessing the viability of the client's solutions and dealing with the Clients Repairs Centres themselves.



The Role:



  • Answering inbound calls to help assess customer requirements and also offer products and services within the Clients Repair Centres

  • Help provide considerate advise to customers regarding what they are entitled to claims and timescales for their vehicles to be repaired/assessed,

  • You will be required to record customers job information accurately on to the management system to ensure all materials/parts and information are relative for the job are kept up to date,

  • Ensuring you provide excellent communication skills between staff, work providers and customers,

  • Provide and manage retail repair quotes from the quotation system,

  • Provide support within the team and customers

  • Working towards KPI's



Skills:


Customer service experience in call centre or within in the Automotive Sector


IT Literate - Microsoft, Office, Excel and Word


Work within a Small Team


Adaptable to quick change


Good at thinking on your feet


Being creative, innovative and positive



The Package



  • Competitive Starting salary c £18,000 + Bonus up to £23,000

Working hours: Monday-Friday between:


8:00am to 4:30pm


11:30am to 8:00pm


10:00am to 6:30pm


Alternative Saturdays 8am to 12pm
