Job description:

Core-Asset Consulting's client, a global asset management firm, are seeking a HRIS Analyst/Manager to join their team in Edinburgh for an initial contract of 6 months.

Core requirements:

  • HR Systems experience, in particular, Workday, alongside high level of MI reporting capability

  • Knowledge of HR best practices across HR employee lifecycle processes

  • Experience in analysing & cleansing large quantities of data to produce workable business solutions

  • Experience in UAT & regression system testing

  • Proven experience in Workday HCM plus at least one of the following HCM solutions in a global organisation

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Exceptional customer focus and project management skills

Core responsibilities:

  • Configuration & development of change across multiple applications and integration systems in the HR systems estate in a controlled and appropriate way, keeping the end user experience front and centre through all stages of the development

  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects as required

  • Responsible for overseeing the management of the HCM System - Workday and managing the systems bi-annual release cycle

  • Project Manage any implementation of new Workday modules to the existing suite of applications as part of BAU

  • Maintain data integrity through regular QA & Data audit processes to ensure ongoing compliance with Data Privacy & GDPR regulations as well as Company policy
