Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor

A leading residential developer are currently seeking a Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor to join their successful commercial team based in Surrey.

The role has arisen due to recent expansion building on sustained growth of the regional office.

The role see the right person entrusted with conducting feasibility studies, cost analysis, valuations and coordinating work schedules.

Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be given day-to-day responsibility for your own project.

Previous surveying experience will be required, as you could be working on a new scheme of up to 300 units consisting of low rise traditional build housing and apartments.


Background in Quantity Surveying - Either with a large Developer or Main Contractor
Strong communication and negotiation skills


HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying
Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management
Chartership with relevant body i.e.


The successful candidate will join a company who have great plans to continue to expand this relatively new regional office over the coming few years.

The commercial team count themselves as a social bunch, boasting a well-appointed office with excellent facilities.

There will also be excellent opportunities to progress in the medium term with a company who have a reputation for providing outstanding internal training and retaining their best staff.

The role will ideally suit someone who is currently in the role, or an Assistant QS that has previously ran their own projects independently.

The salary will be up to £55,000 per annum D.O.E.

with a company car or allowance, 25 days annual leave, a contributory pension and realistic bonus potential.
