Company Secretarial Assistant

Wallace Myers are recruiting exclusively for a Company Secretarial Assistant in a leading financial services company.

This role would also suits an individual with strong experience a Personal Assistant or similar type role in the investment funds industry.

The role:

To provide administrative and organisational assistance to the Company Secretarial function and assist in the performance of the department's tasks.

  • Upkeep of departmental databases and statutory records

  • Regulatory filings at the Companies Registration Office and Central Bank of Ireland

  • Being a point of contact for clients (internal and external) on a daily basis with regard to the department's tasks and any relevant queries.

  • Communicating with internal and external clients, including Directors and Senior Personnel with regard to arranging board and other meeting dates.

  • Coordinating with clients in obtaining reports for meetings.

    and preparing same for presentation to the meetings within agreed departmental deadlines

  • Setting up internal committee meetings and management of the department's diary and schedule of meetings.

  • Candidates with studies in the examinations for the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) are higly desirable but not essential.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Excellent attention to detail in general and presentation of meeting materials

  • 1 - 2 years commercial office in a Company Secretarial / Personal Assistant or similar type role
