This is a full time, permanent position paying up to £33,000pa plus a bonus scheme for the right person.

The service is a two bedded home for young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviours.

The home is set up to provide a nurturing, structured and stable environment on a 24 hours basis.


Responsibilities of Registered Manager:


  • You will take complete responsibility for of the service.
  • You will maintain and improve on the already high standards in the home in line with Company expectation.
  • You will provide leadership, support and direction for the staff and service users.
  • You will be a champion of the Company’s ethos.
  • You will also need to be able to work with professionals from a wide range of disciplinaries.

Person Specification for Registered Manager:


  • Level 5 Diploma/DipSW or equivalent is essential.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Previous managerial experience in a similar setting.
