Our client is a major blue-chip global Managing Agent and ABM UK is looking for an experience Account Director to manage our Facilities Services across the UK Retail portfolio.
As an Account Director you will be comfortable dealing with Senior Directors and driving the best in class service whilst providing innovation and added-value.
Pre-requisites skills are:
- Retail environment experience.
- Business acumen.
- Commercially aware.
- Budgetary controls (multi-million pound contract).
- P&L responsibility.
- Report writing.
- Project Management.
- It literate.
- Presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills.
You will also be expected to fully support developing the business and identifying new revenue streams.
The role will require UK-wide travel.
