Legal Secretary - Insurance

THE ROLE


This is a full time temporary to permanent position with hours 9 am to 5pm.

Your role within the firm will be to support two Partners, Senior Associate, Associate and Solicitor within the firms defendant insurance team.

Your duties will include:




    • Diary and email management

    • Drafting court documentation and briefs

    • Experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint

    • Liaising with clients

    • All other administrative duties as required




THE CANDIDATE


To be successful in securing an interview for this position you must have:




    • 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary (Ideally within Insurance Law)

    • High attention to detail

    • Professional presentation

    • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines

    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
