My client is looking for an experienced Consultant who is able to maintain and develop a portfolio of new and existing clients.

You will have strong knowledge of Employee Benefits including Group Risk/ Pensions or Healthcare.


Location: West Byfleet
Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00-17:00
Salary: Up to £60,000 + bonus
Benefits: 25 days holiday and pension + other benefits


Key duties:



  • Build and maintain a portfolio of new and existing clients

  • Provide outstanding service to both new and existing clients by attending to all ongoing needs and requirements

  • Identify and follow up any new business opportunities that may arise

  • Build extensive Employee Benefit knowledge to ensure you have the ability to advise clients as required

  • Build and maintain strong long term relationships with new and existing corporate clients, both internal and external

  • Monitor income to ensure budgets are achieved

  • Preparation of detailed client reports and presentations

  • Work to strict deadlines ensuring all client deadlines and service levels are met


Key requirements:
Essential:



  • A qualification in Group Risk, Healthcare or/and Pensions

  • Evidence of CPD

  • Experience within a Financial Services environment

  • Proven record of Sales success

  • Outstanding level of Customer Service

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and to work to strict deadlines


Desirable:



  • QCF Level 4 qualification

  • Full driving license and access to a car
