Mploy is currently looking for Lettings and sales manager for our client based in Andover.

The company is a well-established family owned commercial/industrial letting agency.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Attend to valuations and deliver new instructions

  • Generate leads through marketing activities

  • Manage a small team of negotiators to a high standard

  • Train existing and new lettings negotiators

  • Monitor overall and individual performance of all lettings team members

  • Recruit the lettings team as appropriate

  • Liaise with Director on staff performance, market conditions and any issues that arise

  • Be aware of competitor performance and activity

Additional duties and responsibilities

  • Have immaculate manner over the phone and face to face

  • Very good time management skills (opening and closing the office)

  • Writing and forwarding e-mails to relevant recipients

  • Book appointments, constantly updating the calendar/diary

  • Keep a record of any payments

  • Keep the working space clean and tidy at all times

  • Assist colleagues with any administrative tasks in case of absence, holiday or sickness

  • Order inventories

  • Advertising

Position specifications/requirements

  • Previous experience is essential

  • Own vehicle and clean driving Licence is essential

  • Computer literacy and competency in Gemini VTUK

  • ARLA level 3 (desired, not mandatory)
