My client is looking for an experience Business Development Manager who has the ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients ensuring repeat business is being achieved with the growth of revenue streams.


Location: Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00-17:00
Salary: £35,000 + 150% commission


Key duties:



  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

  • Implement a corporate sales strategy

  • Achieve the company's overall sales targets

  • Create and build new revenue streams

  • Provide an outstanding level of service to ensure client retention

  • Generate corporate account bookings through many areas of the company

  • Set weekly client/agency appointments with the aim to increase revenue via proactive telephone sales calls

  • Complete successful client show rounds ensuring clients needs and requirements are met

  • Ensure client response times are met whilst adhering to company SLA's


Key requirements:
Essential:



  • At least 6 years business to business sales

  • Proven experience of successful sales, lead generation and lead conversion

  • Ability to set appointments and sell over the telephone

  • Ability to sell through outbound calls

  • Provide outstanding service to all clients

  • An outstanding level of written and verbal communication


Desirable:



  • Venue selling background
