The Role
This Business Development Manager role consists of the following:

, Research the client, product, and industry to build a complete understanding for each new prospect
, Proactively prospecting to identify a strong pipeline of new business.

Ensure you are well informed and credible on the opportunity
, Building solid and enduring client relationships
, Network with existing and new clients to identify new opportunities.

Resourcefully using your network to deepen your product and market knowledge
, Building strong internal relationships on product development, marketing, insight, fulfilment, and campaign management
, Excelling at demonstrating and understanding the value that our proposition provides to its clients

The Candidate
The ideal Business Development Manager will be:

, Degree qualified
, Minimum 5 years sales within a Tech space
, High calibre sales professional: strong open, pitch, objection handling, and closing skills
, Highly motivated, resilient, and have illustrated achievement of performance in their record
, Intelligent, authentic, ethical, and articulate with the ability to deliver a solution based sales approach
, In possession of a high level of business acumen
, Experience using CRM
, Curious and tenacious: Ability to deconstruct and interpret the relative business sectors at a granular level

The Package

, £50,000 basic salary.

Uncapped commission OTE £100,000
, 28 days annual paid holiday
