Service Desk - Desktop Analyst - London - Contract - Insurance


One of my leading insurance clients has a requirement for a Service Desk/Desktop analyst to join the team for an initial 3 month contract.


Essential Skills:



  • Windows 7 (and Windows 10 desktop operating systems would be very useful)

  • Active Directory.

  • MS Office 2010 Professional Suite and MS Office 365

  • iPhone/Samsung devices & software.

  • Dell hardware.

  • Hardware configuration experience.

  • Strong printer problem resolution skills.

  • SCCM (image build, remote support, software install)

  • network infrastructure issues and resolution, including switches and Ethernet.

  • remote access methods and applications including Citrix and VMWare View.
