Field Sales Manager

Job Summary
To achieve and maximise sales profitability and turnover, growth and developing accounts within a designated territory by selling company products.

Key Tasks
Manage existing and new accounts to maximise turnover and profit.

Promote/sell and achieve orders from existing and prospective customers through a good professional relationship-based approach.

Manage forward selling strategy to independent retailers, ensuring geographical coverage and depth of stockists is commensurate with the perceived opportunity.

Present to the laid down standard all products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting products best suited to their needs.

Coordinate sales efforts with proactive regular business development, sales account management and visual merchandising within stores, maximising sales.

Analyse the territory/market's potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer's value within your given regions.

To supply your line manager with the laid down comprehensive Excel weekly reports by no later than 8.15 am on Monday and the appointment worksheets for that week at the same time.

Actively seek new customers as required which includes regular cold calls within your day.

Economical journey routes must be adhered too which could result in 2-4 night stay overs

Investigate competition best sellers; sales trends; industry information and feedback regularly.

To attend exhibitions, independent accessory events and sales conferences as required.

To maintain the required smart dress code when attending client appointments and public events.
