Regional Director (Civil/Infrastructure)

Regional Director - Infrastructure
£65-90,000 per annum + bonus and package

As a result of a change in strategic direction, growth in all areas of our business and a number of recent large and exciting project wins, we now seek a Regional Director (infrastructure) to develop, manage and lead our London infrastructure offer.

The role:

The existing London team handles an interesting and varied workload.

As a leader you will be involved in all aspects of the project from inception through to completion.

You will be responsible for the delivery of infrastructure, estate highways and drainage design from scheme development through due diligence to aid site purchases, through preliminary and detailed designs as well as the project management.

Responsibilities include liaison with clients, architects, contractors and regulatory/statutory authorities to deliver detailed designs for Sectional agreements for drainage and highway designs to statutory authority approval, as well as managing internal resources and project financial matters.

Our ideal Engineer:

Candidates will need to have a civil engineering degree or equivalent, preferably chartered and with a working knowledge of PDS or Civils 3D, WINDES and AutoCAD.

You will be technically competent with an up to date knowledge of Section 278, 38, Section 104, 106, 185 statutory authority approvals, as well as SuDs.

You will have developed your experience within the residential and commercial design sectors and be able to lead, mentor and advise your fellow colleagues and Directors.

A broader awareness of design beyond your discipline would also be advantageous.

We would expect you to be an ambitious leader with commercial acumen and a wish to retain the engineering “hands on” approach that our clients desire us to maintain.

You will possess extensive infrastructure experience from pre and post planning and a background in civil engineering project delivery.

A track record of business development is also highly preferred although consideration will be given to those that convey the skills, willingness and aptitude necessary to undertake this challenge.

This is a real opportunity to develop your own portfolio and team, whilst also managing a range of exciting and secured projects that provide an established workload from which to build.
