Scheme Manager based in Maidstone

I am currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager based in Maidstone.

This is a part time position working 10 hours a week Monday to Friday mornings for 2 hours a day - hours to be agreed and can be flexible.

You MUST have an Enhanced DBS.

The main purpose of the position is to provide contact with all tenants to ensure their wellbeing.

To oversee the day to day management of the schemes to provide support in a caring manner to all tenants of the sheltered housing schemes enabling them to maintain their independence as much as possible.

You will be responsible for -

, Responsible for matters concerning the safety and security of the scheme.

, Co-ordinate the services of internal and external agencies, to provide all necessary support to residents.

, Involve tenants/families and agencies in adopting an appropriate support plan to enable maximum independence.

, Promote the use of the communal facilities by tenants and people living in the locality, and the alarms/visiting service.

, To provide a daily visit service for other local schemes to provide cover for absent colleagues
