SEND Teaching Assistant - KS1

We are currently working with a Primary school in Kensington and Chelsea who are looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with SEND children in KS1.

THE SCHOOL: This two form entry ‘GOOD' Primary school have a high proportion of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including Autism, ADHD or Dyslexia.

Over the last year they have built an inspiring team of staff and have a new, hardworking Governing Body, ensuring that their strategic decisions make every day a fulfilling experience for their children: we never lose sight of their needs.

With a supporting SEND department, you will be a pivotal member of the team where your skills and experience are highly valued!

THE ROLE: The Head Teacher has indicated that they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, proactive and flexible SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long term basis through to the end of the academic year.

There is also the opportunity for this role to become permanent for the right person.

You will have proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities as you will be joining an already established and successful SEND team.

Positive outcomes are key and your hard work and commitment to the students will be at the heart of the school.
