Band 6 HR Advisor - Greenwich

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR adviser to join an NHS establishment in Greenwich.

You will be required to ensure the provision of a comprehensive Human Resources Service to designated Trust Directorates that is efficient, effective and accessible; and to contribute to the continued enhancement of people management practices that support the delivery of Trust business objectives.
To provide specialist Human Resources advice to Trust managers, in accordance with current employment legislation, the Trust's agreed policies and procedures, Trust values and good employment practices.

Working in partnership with staff side colleagues to facilitate staff engagement and involvement

You will be working for a leading NHS establishment paying £21ph - £25ph LTD

Your new role
As HR Adviser, you will report directly into the Head of HR.

Responsibilities will include leading on various high volume ER cases.

You will also support with TUPE transfers and various projects including rewards and change management.

This is a temporary role based in Greenwich for a period of 8 weeks with the possibility of extension.

What you'll need to succeed
You will display up to date knowledge on employment law issues, and display the knowledge to amend effective policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will have previous experience leading on high volume ER cases.

Previous experience in a charity or social care organisation is particularly desirable for this role.
