Recruitment Consultant

Safehands Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, preferably with experience in working in the Healthcare Industry to join our expanding team.

Safehands Recruitment is an exciting Recruitment agency specialising in the supply of staff into the Health and Social Care Industry.

We only supply experienced staff into a number of different settings which include: Nursing Homes, Residential Care Homes, Day Services, Supported Living settings, Specialist Colleges and Schools.

The role of Recruitment Consultant is as follows:


  • Managing a large team of temporary staff
  • Responsibility for advertising
  • Organise and attend client reviews and sales meetings
  • Efficiently deal with client issues, monitoring clear and effective outcomes
  • Analysing client requirements and matching our service to meet their needs
  • Hitting pre- agreed, yet achievable targets
  • Develop appropriate relationships with clients
  • Management of temporary staff to ensure service delivery level is met
  • Recruitment and selection with strategic business planning, ensuring adequate new starters available to meet the demands of the business
  • Temporary staff compliance
  • On call duties (out of hours)
  • To exceed customer / client expectations in terms of service delivery
  • Maintain Safehands Recruitment service levels
