One of London’s leading managed service providers who specialise in the SME Market place is now recruiting for a Technical Lead – this is a brand new role that has been created due to a business restructure.

  

Working as part of their 11 strong support team this person will final escalation point before the issue reaches the company’s directors – they will have technical oversight and join the management of all P1 issues.

The Technical Lead will heavily influence the design of solutions and be responsible for the internal training for teams within the business after researching and suggesting new solutions.



Experience Required:

- 8 years’ experience in a technical support position
- Previous experience working with a managed service provider would be preferred but not essential
- Proven track record of resolving incidents quickly by using remote support tools
- Natural ability to  effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high pressured environment  
- Expertise with Microsoft products – Windows Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
- Expertise in Office 365 email solutions
- Understanding of Networking & Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Server Virtualisation experience
- Holds Microsoft Qualifications / Certifications
