HR Advisor

HR Advisor: An experienced CIPD part qualified HR Advisor is required to provide a responsive and proactive generalist HR service to create a great place to work for all staff at a fast-moving media tech platform company.



The HR Advisor will join Blend Media an ambitious media tech platform that simplifies the creation of 360 Degree Video and VR projects for global brands, agencies and publishers.

The company is already a Facebook strategic partner.

Responsibilities:
, Be an internal HR Ambassador for Blend Media promoting our culture and values and be the central point of contact for all aspects of the employee experience
, Provide a proactive, responsive HR service to managers on core people management processes (such as hiring, onboarding and managing performance) ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation
, Ensure that our recruitment and onboarding processes are polished and seamless, delivering a high memorable hiring and new starter experience in a cost-effective manner
, Contribute to the quarterly review process and ensure that managers and staff are fully supported
, Coordinate day-to-day contractual changes and offer processes, updating policies and other employment documentation to agreed standards & timescales
, Manage a variety of office management and HR administrative tasks, ensure that all operational processes are implemented seamlessly across the business
, Ensure that all employee systems and data are maintained in accordance with the General Data Processing Regulations (GDPR) and produce regular reports as required

Skills & Experience:
, Part qualified CIPD or equivalent qualification(s)
, Good generalist HR background with up-to-date knowledge of employment law
, Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a HR Coordinator role
, Experience of operating effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment
, Curious and willing to challenge the status quo
, Confident, able to use initiative to deliver strong results without supervision
, Quick, creative thinker who can think logically to find solutions
, Strong communication skills, accurate, considered, persuasive and succinct
, Knowledge of basic office management systems and administration procedures
, Excellent attention to detail
