WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: AA Contemporary Restaurant
Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150+ for dinner
Cuisine: Seafood - Italian Influences
Brigade: 12+ in pastry and main kitchen
Location: Central London (Northern, Piccadilly, Metropolitan & District Line)
Salary: 27,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week (50hrs per week)
Last orders: 11:30pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A strong Chef de Partie with a passion for Seafood.
Someone with previous fish monger experience would be ideal but this not essential.
Within the kitchen there is a strong Italian influence on the menus, someone who has worked with Italian/Mediterranean cuisine would also be considered.
This is an amazing opportunity for a dedicated and hard working chef de partie to progress within the company.
A chef with more than 3 years experience in professional kitchens would be considered for this role.
