WHO AND WHERE?

Job Title: Sous Pastry Chef (in charge of section)

Establishment: Luxury Boutique Hotel

Average Covers: 20/30 for lunch, 50/60 for dinner

Cuisine: modern European

Brigade: 3+ within pastry

Location: Mayfair (Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly)

Salary: 33,000 to 34,000k per annum

Shifts: 48 hours per week

always out by 11pm

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?



  • A highly passionate, creative and knowledgable Pastry Chef to oversea the dessert operation for an exclusive starred restaurant and small boutique hotel.


  • A Pastry Sous Chef with a strong employment background working within fine dining restaurant/hotels.


  • Previous experience in planning and designing menu's.


  • A confident and ambitious leader, looking to put their stamp on a great restaurant!
