A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work for a well established, vibrant consultancy specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with a varied, busy and demanding workload.

Job Description:

  • As an Administrator you will be responsible for general typing of minutes, letters, reports, valuations etc

  • Typing of Payment Notices and numerical checks

  • Answering the telephone

  • As an Administrator you will be responsible for uploading information to the portal

  • Printing and binding of documents

  • As an Administrator you will be responsible for preparing tender documents based upon amended drafts

  • Scanning and printing of Contract Documents

  • Assisting in production of presentations/bids

It would be good to see candidates with:

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Accurate typing skills

  • Bright and bubbly personality

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment

  • Be able to produce presentations using PowerPoint

  • Experienced in using Excel creating formulas, graphs, charts

This role would suit people who also have the following experience: administration, technical administration, document control.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 per annum
