Telesales Consultant

Role outline 
To develop cross sell and new client opportunities for the occupational hygiene business steam, by networking and introducing key decision makers to RPS directors and business development managers (BDM’s)

Main responsibilities:

• Book appointments for the occupational hygiene BDM’s in line with predefined targets
• Liaise with BDMs on a day-to-day basis regarding 
o new appointments
o diary management
o appointment follow-ups and customer service issues
o KPI monitoring success/failure records
• Provide Customer Care in-line with Divisional Policies
• Communicating and developing new pitches in line with Government Legislation and RPS pre-defined campaigns
• Ensure an excellent understanding of services provided by occupational hygiene communicate knowledgably, verbally and in writing with both customers and potential customers
• Achieve pre-defined financial and/or appointment targets
• Analyse telesales data to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of sales per business campaign

Requirements:

• Previous tele sales/sales/ high call volume environment 
• Excellent communications skill both written & verbal 
• Good customer service skills
• Desire to meet objectives/targets
• Able to work well as part of a team 
• Confident liaising with colleagues at all levels including management
