Regional Manager

We are currently looking for a Regional Manager with a passion, drive and pioneering mentality to inspire the staff you will lead.

This is a permanent, 40 hour per week contract paying up to £75,000 with a £5,000 car allowance along with a host of other benefits, which can be discussed in interview.


Responsibilities of the Regional Manager:


  • Lead, manage, supervise and appraise the Registered Managers, Head Teachers and Principals in your geographical area
  • Provide effective and consistent staff performance management and ensure targets are set and achieved
  • Working within the senior management team to identify and set the strategic agenda from corporate objectives and contribute to the plan of action for the SEMH Division
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to continuously review, maintain and develop good sustainable, professional relationships with Local Authorities
  • Ensure Managers fulfill their responsibilities under Health and Safety legislation

Person Specification for the Regional Manager:


  • Recognised Social Work qualification or a Level 5 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Services combined with a leadership and management qualification
  • Substantial residential childcare and/or education experience within the last 5 years
  • Experience at a management level within the residential care and/or education sectors
