1st Line IT Helpdesk Administrator - Law Firm

A leading national Law Firm is looking for a 1st Line Help desk Administrator to join their team in Northampton.


They are looking for someone who has received acquired IT qualifications and is enthusiastic about developing their IT career.


You will be working along side the current IT Administrator to provide IT Support to the firm and its users.

Communication skills is a must as you will be interactive with staff of all levels ensuring full communication with end users on their IT support issues.


Responsibilities:



  • Logging all IT calls and dealt with promptly or assigned to the appropriate 2nd or 3rd line support person

  • Troubleshooting support calls including hardware and/or software working alongside the rest of the firm's IT Team

  • Providing 1st line support for all PC workstations, servers, network and other IT equipment

  • Assist with the IT projects as and when required


Your specification:



  • Previous experience of providing 1st line IT Support in Professional Services organisation

  • Good customer service and communication skills

  • Diverse IT Skills

  • Previous helpdesk experience with Microsoft office 2007 / 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / 365

  • Citrix / Terminal services would be advantageous

  • General hardware / software and networking support


Salary up to £22,000 dependant on experience.
