Deputy Manager - Supported Living

Established not for profit supported living company based in Gloucester is seeking a Deputy Manager for their service based in Gloucester.

The Deputy Manager role is a full time position, 40 hours a week, working to a varied shift pattern and administration hours.

This post is paid at £10.00 per hour plus sleep in payments.

OTE £22,000.

Deputy Manager main duties:

  • Line manage a team of qualified support workers

  • Provide high quality person centred care

  • Ensure all managerial paperwork is completed on time and accurately

Deputy Manager requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or be willing to work towards)

  • Prior experience working with learning disabilities and/or supported living

  • Car and vehicle

Location: Gloucester
Salary: £22,000 (OTE)
