Property Manager

My client, a leading housing association, is currently recruiting for a Property Manager to join their busy and vibrant team in Ealing.

This role is initially on a temporary basis however there is the possibility that this role could move on to a permanent contract for the right candidate

You will be the main point of contact for a customers, dealing with a large portfolio of leasehold properties.

This role will include communication via email, telephone and face to face

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property inspections

  • Dealing with any queries/complaints in the correct way

  • Deliver high quality services to customers, the Group and its subsidiaries.

  • Maintain accurate customer contact and property records

  • Build relationships with customers and tenants


  • Previous experience in Property Management

  • Experience of delivery of a customer orientated service

  • An understanding of the issues related to leaseholders and shared owners

  • Good level of IT Knowledge including Word and Excel, and an ability to compile and write reports

  • Ability to analyse and draw logical conclusions from complex data.

You will need to hold a valid basic DBS clearance or be happy for us to obtain one for you.

This role will also require travel to the properties therefore a full UK driving licence is desirable or you must be happy to travel via public transport.

You will be reimbursed for your expenses.
