Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Moulding Technician to join our highly motivated team.
As a Moulding Technician, you will learn how to operate the Roto Moulding machinery which produces complex moulded parts for use in the Company's decontamination products.
You will also be trained to provide support for a wide range of technical issues relating to the production of moulded parts and be responsible for the general maintenance of the moulds/tools and machines.
This department is part of a larger manufacturing concern and good communication skills and flexibility are just as important as the hard skills.
The role can be physically demanding and would suit an energetic machine operator who has the desire and capability to take a lead role in delivering and improving the department's contribution to the success of the wider business.

Independently, with minimum supervision, load moulds on to the machine arms, charge moulds, and operate different control profiles to produce mouldings.
Carry out post moulding operations and quality checks.
Maintain a keen attention to detail - remaining alert to all process variables.
Work to the Production Plan ensuring minimum stock levels of products are available at all times
Maintenance and troubleshooting any associated problems with the moulding machine when required.
Develop the ability to resolve issues and non-conformances.
Assist the development of work instructions and production/quality control documentation.
Key skills required for the position
Ability to read 2D Drawings
Fluent English communication skills - both verbal and written
Excellent Microsoft office skills
