Salary Package:
Year 1: up to circa: £23,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Flixton, Manchester

This role would suit individuals who have had previous experience in customer facing roles such as retail, customer services, leisure and hospitality and are now looking to develop a career with a successful and ambitious business services company.

 Recent graduates with some commercial experience who would like to establish a career in the world of recruitment are also very welcome to apply!

Starting salary:  £20,000 with realistic increases in Year 1 and uncapped bonus potential

Hours; Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (some flexibility is required to cover peak periods)

Due to the nature of the role we are looking for candidates who drive and have their own transport.

Recruitment Account Manager

The Candidate

Ideally you will be a graduate with previous experience within a customer service orientated and fast paced environment.

You will be comfortable interacting with people face to face and over the phone, being able to build excellent relationships.

Ideally, you will also have the following skills, experiences and attributes… 

  • Some previous experience from customer service / retail / fast food or any other commercial roles

  • Professional telephone manner and appearance

  • Excellent standard of spoken and written English

  • Must be numerate with a great attention to detail

  • Must have an engaging personality with ability to build rapport and trust

  • An ambitious and competitive nature

  • Confident

  • Must have a full driving license and own transport as the role will involve travel to clients’ sites and interviewing in different locations

  • Excellent work ethic

  • Excellent computer skills.

    Must be strong on Excel

  • Must have excellent organisation skills with the ability to run multiple projects


Recruitment Account Manager

The Role

You will be in a position where you are working with business professionals and senior management figures but will also deal with candidates from every walk of life.

You will quickly develop a good understanding of your sector and we can help to develop your knowledge from our 30 plus years of experience in the market.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include…

  • Understanding client’s requirements and ensuring jobs are filled within the required timeframe

  • Writing and placing of adverts in order to attract candidates

  • Screening candidates and booking them for the interview (if support to the branch resourcers is needed)

  • Attending and carrying out interview sessions within your region to assess suitability and availability of candidates for roles within your region

  • Contacting candidates for a variety of roles and discussing potential jobs with them

  • Assigning candidates to a number of roles at different clients’ locations

  • Preparing candidates for inductions out on client sites

  • Carrying out inductions for new starters

  • Maintaining daily contact with clients and candidates

  • Attending client visits and review meetings

  • Creating different types of documents such as timesheets, costings etc…

  • General administrative duties including managing KPI’s such as attendance, fulfilment etc…
