Reward Advisor / Analyst - 12M FTC- Birmingham - £40,000 - £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a global organisation.

You will be working directly with the Reward Manager to support all reward activity and the wider business in liaising with 3rd party suppliers and stakeholders as well as providing analytics.



Requirements:
? Previous experience working in reward, ideally with a background in a professional services organisation.


? Experience in a role with full exposure to the entire reward cycle.


? Demonstrated experience in a large organisation - of at least 3.5k headcount or more.


? Excellent numerical and analytical skill set - with the ability to handle large volumes of data.


? A self sufficient manner, with the capability to work proactively and with autonomy.



Highly desirable:
, Experience or a knowledge of either KeyPad or Compsource.



Responsibilities:
? Liaising with third party suppliers and stakeholders on behalf of the Reward function as well as providing analytics to support the entire reward cycle.


? Assisting with the design of benefits, incentive and pay schemes.


? Assisting with the whole reward cycle.

Including but not limited to salary review (upcoming in October), bonus and other reward initiatives.


? Gender pay reporting and related analysis.


? Supporting the wider HR team with all reward related queries.
