Employment Paralegal

My client is an established Sheffield based law firm who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Employment Paralegal to join a busy team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years Employment experience.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting the head of department.

  • Document production using Outlook, Word and Excel including amending and formatting legal documentation.

  • Dealing with day to day administration duties including filling, emailing, management and preparing invoices.

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties.

  • Attending clients to take instructions and deal with the signing of documents.

  • Drafting of legal documents.

  • Marketing and business development.
