The role:


Make, finalise, and management of resolutions and other corporate documentation;


Guarantee appropriate prioritisation of workload, identification of and escalation of scheduling conflicts and delays;


Independently liaise in a timely and professional manner with fund service providers and clients; Organise board and committee meetings;


Prepare board papers, board meeting documentation, attend and minute meetings; , Maintain and update corporate records (to include the use of blueprint one-world);


Ensure client files and corporate records are maintained and updated appropriately;


Accountable for the oversight and support of other Staff on the team;


Display a keen attention to details and excellent communication skills;


Promote team building and communication within the organisation to ensure cohesive approaches and organisational culture;


Possess the ability to lead projects as they arise;


Monitor and update task tracking schedule to ensure all assigned duties are completed within assigned deadlines;


Display an in-depth understanding of fund corporate governance practices and regulatory filing requirements and keep abreast of all regulatory changes;


Identify opportunities for cross-selling products;


Actively question methods and processes with the key to making the team more effective and efficient;


Be able/willing to take on additional duties as and when required;


Assists colleagues when capacity permits and notifies Team Lead with availability.


Follow current policies and procedures as set out in the Employee Handbook and/or develop additional policies as needed for jurisdiction-specific.



The person:


Minimum 3 at years company secretarial experience in the funds/financial sector and will have completed their grad ICSA qualification or will be working towards same.


Exceptional attention to detail skills


Excel at building professional working relationships with senior management and clients.
