Business Development Manager - Payroll Software

Are you a successful business development manager / account manager with a background of selling business applications? If so read on as we are currently working closely with a leading provider of payroll software to accountancy practices and payroll bureaus that is looking to add to their team due to their continued growth as a business.

The Role:
As an Account Manager / Business Development Manager you will be responsible for generating new business revenue from new clients within your assigned region.

This will be from a combination of incoming leads from the marketing team and primarily through prospecting with specifically targeted prospects which will generally be accountancy / payroll practices.

The Candidate:
You will be highly successful account manager / business development manager with a track record of success in delivering sales (ideally from both existing and new customers).

You will need to be someone that is someone comfortable in handling the entire sales cycle from discussing the clients needs and requirements through to being able to demonstrate the software through to closing the deal.

You may also be required to attend trade shows, events and or seminars as part of this role to assist with sales and further developing the companies brand and market presence.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary depending on experience and uncapped commission plan based on deliver of sales targets for both new business and upselling within the account base, this is based on both services (training etc) as well as software licenses.
