Deputy Manager Nurse Qualified
Clayton Nursing is currently representing an established and prestigious Nursing Home situated in Burnley, currently seeking an experienced Registered Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN).
The home caters for General Nursing, Elderly & Dementia Care.
As the Deputy Manager you will benefit from a generous salary of £32,000 per annum.
Benefits include 28 days annual leave, paid breaks, free uniform, and annual bonus dependent on the Homes performance, contributory pension scheme, continuous training & development package.
Applicants are required to be an experienced Deputy Manager (RGN or RMN) with a genuine interest in working with the elderly.
Communication skills are essential, and applicants must be able demonstrate effective management of a clinical team of HCAs and Nurses.
Requirements of the Deputy Manager:
-Experienced as a Deputy in a similar setting.
-Qualified Nurse RGN / RMN with a full active NMC pin registration
-An effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style, hands on management style and excellent organisational skills,
-The ability to step up tin the absence of the Home Manager
- Up-to-date clinical skills
