Office Co-ordinator - Complex Care Community Service

Office Co-ordinator - Complex Care Community Service - Aylesbury, Oxfordshire - Salary up to £22,000 per annum


Working hours: Monday to Friday 9pm until 5pm


We are currently recruiting for an office co-ordinator to join our clients Complex Care Community Service in Aylesbury, Oxfordshire.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing office and company in the region.

The role is working Monday to Friday 9pm until 5pm hours.

You should be passionate about joining a growing company and be able to work independently and also as part of a team.


As a candidate you should have experience in the following duties:



  • Managing meeting room diaries

  • Setting up meeting rooms

  • Booking travel, accommodation and venues for events

  • Liaising with clients and senior internal staff

  • Overseeing the Reception area to ensure that a strong professional image is maintained

  • Liaising with managing agents and security

  • Liaising with suppliers and ordering office supplies

  • Holding weekly meetings with director to discuss any office issues

  • Signing off all office invoices


As a Office Co-ordinator - Care Home, you must have:



  • Previous office administration experience

  • The legal right to work in the UK

  • A keen interest in working within a care home environment
